Terms of Service
The terms below set out the agreement for using SKANAJO - how your account and photo are treated, what the Skan Score is and is not, and the ground rules for cross-brand try-on.
01Using the service
These terms govern your use of the SKANAJO service for virtually trying on fashion, eyewear and accessories. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by shoppers, and for integration use by participating brands and retailers under separate arrangements. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your location to use it.
02Your account and access
When you sign up, access details are sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping those details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep it current so the service can reach you and function correctly.
03Your photo and content
To use the try-on features you provide a photo of yourself. You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload and that it depicts you or a person who has consented to its use.
You grant the permissions necessary for the service to store your photo, render try-ons, and calculate scores for you. This permission exists solely to provide the features you use and ends when you delete the content or your account.
04The Skan Score and renders
The Skan Score is a guide generated from proportion, shape and style analysis. It is a helpful signal to inform your choices, not a guarantee of fit, suitability or satisfaction with a purchase.
Renders are a visual representation of how an item may look on you. Real products can differ in colour, material and fit, and the accuracy of a render and score varies by category and by item.
05Cross-brand try-on and purchases
The service lets you try on items from participating brands and retailers. It is a try-on and discovery tool; any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the relevant brand or retailer, on their terms.
Availability, pricing and product information for items come from the brands and retailers that supply them, and can change without notice.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service - for example, by uploading images you have no right to use, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or using it to infringe the rights of others.
Access may be limited or withdrawn where use breaches these terms or risks harm to other people using the service.
07Plans and cancellation
The service offers a free tier and a paid tier with additional features. Paid access continues for the period you have paid for and can be cancelled, after which access returns to the free tier while your saved history remains on your account.
Features available on each tier may evolve as the service grows and adds categories and brand coverage.
08Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. While it aims for reliable, accurate try-ons, it cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every render and score will be perfectly accurate.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for purchase decisions made using a render or Skan Score. Your judgement remains the final step before you buy.
09Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as features, categories and integrations change. The current version applies to your use of the service.
Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
